The APEC Enablers of Health Data Sharing Checklist is a policy-focused reference tool that identifies key enablers for effective, secure, and responsible health data sharing across APEC economies. It supports capacity building and regional digital health modernization by outlining policy considerations across areas such as data interoperability, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, privacy protection, and data governance. The Checklist helps policymakers assess gaps, benchmark current practices, and identify priority actions to strengthen in-economy health data frameworks.
