This publication presents the proceedings and key outcomes of the APEC Workshop on Advancing Digital Rural Community (DRC) Models for Sustainable Agriculture and Inclusive Growth, held in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, on 30 September–1 October 2025. The report summarizes key presentations and discussions across four thematic sessions, covering emerging trends in rural digital transformation, practical DRC models from APEC economies, enabling policy frameworks, and opportunities for regional collaboration.
